  • 6 cups mixed greens

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. The mixed greens, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, red onion, parsley, tarragon, and chives should all be combined in a sizable mixing basin.
