Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil, for frying
Instructions:
  1. 350°F should be the temperature of the oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot. 
  2. Remove the pit from the avocados, then cut the flesh into wedges. 
  3. Flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should be combined in a shallow dish. 
  4. Place the beaten eggs in another shallow dish. 
  5. Place the panko bread crumbs in a third shallow dish. 
  6. Each avocado wedge should be coated in the flour mixture, dipped in the beaten eggs, and then covered in panko bread crumbs. Press the crumbs onto the avocado to ensure they adhere. 
  7. Put the coated avocado wedges in the hot oil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.Remove the fried avocado wedges with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  8. Serve the fried avocado wedges hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
  9. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried avocado wedges and set them on a platter covered with paper towels to absorb any extra oil. 

Together with your preferred dipping sauce, serve the hot fried avocado wedges.
